Faites-y revenir les courgettes 2 \u00e0 3 minutes \u00e0 feu vif. Ajoutez les germes de soja et l\u2019ail hach\u00e9. Poursuivez la cuisson 5 minutes en m\u00e9langeant.<br \/>\nD\u00e9layez la ma\u00efzena dans une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau, une de x\u00e9r\u00e8s et deux de sauce soja. Versez sur les l\u00e9gumes en m\u00e9langeant. Mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br \/>\nEssuyez le wok. Chauffez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile. Saisissez la viande \u00e0 feu vil 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Ajoutez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja. Remettez les l\u00e9gumes.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez le tout. Donnez un bon tour de moulin \u00e0 poivre. Parsemez de quelques brins de coriandre et servez aussit\u00f4t.<br \/>\n<em>Servez ce plat accompagn\u00e9 de riz Basmati ou Tha\u00ef cuit<\/em> <em>\u00e0 la pilaf\u00a0: faire revenir le riz dans un peu d\u2019huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le grains deviennent translucides puis recouvrir d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e (environ 2 fois le volume de riz).
