Laver les courgettes, et \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9conome les tailler en fines lamelles dans le sens de la longueur.<br \/>\nPresser le citron et ciseler le basilic.<br \/>\n2. Dans un r\u00e9cipient pr\u00e9parer la marinade : m\u00e9langer le sel, le jus de citron, le vinaigre balsamique et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<br \/>\nPresser la gousse d\u2019ail et l\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la marinade.<br \/>\n3. Dans un r\u00e9cipient disposer les lamelles de courgettes, le basilic et arroser avec la marinade.<br \/>\nRemuer d\u00e9licatement. Couvrir avec un film si n\u00e9cessaire et laisser mariner au frigo pendant deux heures minimum (en remuant de temps en temps si vous voulez).<br \/>\n4.
