Puis sortez-les.<br>Faites revenir d&rsquo;abord les oignons avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale puis rajoutez les lardons jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient tous dor\u00e9s.<br>Ajoutez le vin blanc (1\/2 verre).<br>\u00c9pluchez les pommes de terre et coupez-les en morceaux pour les rajouter ensuite dans la po\u00eale.
