Une fois cuite, mettre la courgette dans le mixer avec les petits suisses, le sel et le poivre, les herbes, l&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9. Mixer pendant 2 minutes.<br \/>\nD\u00e9couper le pain en triangle et faire dorer \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<br \/>\nDans chaque verrine, mettre le velout\u00e9 de courgette, les d\u00e9s de tomate et les copeaux de parmesan.
