Les faire cuire en robe des champs et les laisser refroidir puis les couper en morceaux.<br \/>\nPeler les concombres. Les couper en quatre dans la longueur puis retirer les graines (s&rsquo;il y en a). Les couper en fin morceaux.<br \/>\nRincer et \u00e9goutter le ma\u00efs. Couper les tomates en petits morceaux. Peler et \u00e9mincer finement l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote.<br \/>\nMettre les yaourts dans un saladier, ajouter la moutarde, les herbes fra\u00eeches cisel\u00e9es, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote, le sel et le poivre.
