Les saupoudrer de sucre en poudre et les laisser reposer dans un \u00e9gouttoir pendant une heure minimum.<br \/>\nBattre dans une jatte les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, la farine et le sucre. \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 tarte. Disposer la rhubarbe \u00e9goutt\u00e9e sur le fond de tarte. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffer le four (th 7, chaleur tournante).
