Ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, une pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade, les \u0153ufs, le gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9, sel et poivre.<br>Formez une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. R\u00e9partissez cette pr\u00e9paration sur les cercles de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e puis repliez les pour former des chaussons.
