{"id":446,"date":"2017-05-08T23:32:49","date_gmt":"2017-05-08T21:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cuisine.wbruder.eu\/?p=446"},"modified":"2021-05-04T18:50:05","modified_gmt":"2021-05-04T16:50:05","slug":"chouquettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.william-bruder.fr\/?p=446","title":{"rendered":"Chouquettes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><u>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour environ 50 chouquettes) :<\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cuisine.william-bruder.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG_2299-rotated-e1620145671313.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>125ml d&rsquo;eau<\/li><li>125ml de lait<\/li><li>250ml d\u2019\u0153ufs (\u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 4-5 \u0153ufs, je les casse dans mon verre doseur pour en avoir la bonne quantit\u00e9)<\/li><li>140g de farine<\/li><li>110g de beurre<\/li><li>20g de sucre (ou pour faire des choux sal\u00e9s, 5g de sucre et 5g de sel)<\/li><li>Du sucre perl\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><u>Pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;:<\/u><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/li><li>Mettre l&rsquo;eau, le lait, le beurre et le sucre (et \u00e9ventuellement le sel) dans une casserole.<\/li><li>Porter doucement \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li><li>Une fois le m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne, retirer la casserole du feu et ajouter la farine d&rsquo;un coup.<\/li><li>Bien m\u00e9langer, puis remettre la casserole sur feu doux pendant 1 minute en m\u00e9langeant, pour ass\u00e9cher la p\u00e2te.<\/li><li>Une fois que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9tache de la casserole, la transf\u00e9rer dans un bol et y incorporer petit \u00e0 petit les \u0153ufs battus en m\u00e9langeant bien \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.<\/li><li>Une fois le m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne, le d\u00e9poser par petits tas (\u00e0 la petite cuill\u00e8re par exemple) sur une plaque couverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>Saupoudrer de sucre perl\u00e9.<\/li><li>Cuire \u00e0 200\u00b0C pendant 15 minutes en surveillant bien la cuisson. Si les choux ne sont pas assez cuits, ils risquent de se ratatiner apr\u00e8s la sortie du four.<\/li><li>Manger !
