Ajoutez du sel (attention, le parmesan est sal\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement test\u00e9 une recette de pesto aux noix (j&rsquo;ai juste remplac\u00e9 les pignons par des noix, en gardant les m\u00eames proportions). C&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux \u00e9galement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire ce pesto gr\u00e2ce aux Jardins de Cocagne qui m&rsquo;avaient livr\u00e9 en fin d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9norme bouquet de basilic. Ayant pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une grande quantit\u00e9 de pesto, je l&rsquo;ai congel\u00e9 dans des bacs \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois enti\u00e8rement congel\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9moul\u00e9 les \u00ab\u00a0gla\u00e7ons\u00a0\u00bb et je les ai mis dans des petites boites en plastique, au cong\u00e9lateur. Il est donc tr\u00e8s facile de sortir deux ou trois gla\u00e7ons de pesto pour accompagner des p\u00e2tes par exemple, ou pr\u00e9parer un succulent <a href=\"https:\/\/cuisine.william-bruder.fr\/?p=470\">velout\u00e9 aux p\u00e2tissons et courgettes<\/a> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : Pr\u00e9paration : Mettez les feuilles de basilic dans un blender ou un mixer.
