Laver, \u00e9queuter et couper les fraises. Faire mac\u00e9rer les fraises dans du jus d&rsquo;orange additionn\u00e9 de 4 c \u00e0 s de sucre, pendant 30 mn.<br \/>\n\u00c9goutter, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le jus et y tremper 24 biscuits \u00e0 la cuiller. Les d\u00e9poser en rang\u00e9e au fond d&rsquo;un moule rectangulaire (c\u00f4t\u00e9 rond vers le fond, et en long).<br \/>\nAu pr\u00e9alable, on aura pris soin de tapisser le moule d&rsquo;un papier sulfuris\u00e9 suffisamment long pour recouvrir \u00e9galement le dessus de la charlotte.<br \/>\nAjouter 1 couche de fromage blanc, 1 couche de fraises. D\u00e9poser \u00e0 nouveau 1 couche de biscuits, dispos\u00e9s transversalement aux premiers. Ajouter 1 couche de fromage blanc, 1 couche de fraises.<br \/>\nTerminer par une couche de g\u00e2teaux, dispos\u00e9s en long.<br \/>\nRecouvrir le dessus avec le reste du papier sulfuris\u00e9.
