Battez les blancs en neige dans un r\u00e9cipient \u00e0 part. D\u00e9layez dans un peu de lait la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez dans un mixeur les farines de bl\u00e9, ma\u00efs et f\u00e9cule, le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, le lait et le sel. Rajoutez la levure dans le m\u00e9lange, mixez \u00e0 nouveau. La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre assez liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un grand saladier, ajoutez le blanc d\u2019\u0153ufs, puis la p\u00e2te mix\u00e9e. Laissez reposer puis ajoutez un peu de bi\u00e8re (buvez le reste) avant la cuisson dans le gaufrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les gaufres cuites, posez-les sur une grille.
