{"id":729,"date":"2023-03-26T21:51:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-26T19:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuisine.william-bruder.fr\/?p=729"},"modified":"2023-03-26T22:10:20","modified_gmt":"2023-03-26T20:10:20","slug":"nouilles-de-riz-sautees-aux-legumes-et-au-tofu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.william-bruder.fr\/?p=729","title":{"rendered":"Nouilles de riz saut\u00e9es aux l\u00e9gumes et au tofu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h6 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g de tofu \u00e0 l\u2019ail des ours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g de nouilles de riz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g de l\u00e9gumes d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en lamelles (p. ex. champignons de Paris, poivrons, pois gourmands, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignons verts coup\u00e9s en lamelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cacahu\u00e8tes ou noix de cajou hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ciboulette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 citron vert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 c \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari ou sauce soja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porter une grande casserole d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis \u00e9teindre le feu.<br>Y mettre les nouilles et les laisser tremper 3-4 minutes (elles doivent \u00eatre molles mais encore fermes et un peu croquantes). Les \u00e9goutter et les rincer abondamment \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide. Ajouter un peu d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same ou d\u2019olive afin d\u2019\u00e9viter qu\u2019elles ne collent. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chauffer un wok ou une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. <br>Ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile et faire revenir le tofu coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s. <br>Ajouter \u00a0l\u2019oignon vert, les l\u00e9gumes et l\u2019ail, en rajoutant un peu d\u2019huile si besoin et faire sauter le tout quelques minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient dor\u00e9s tout en restant croquants.<br>Ajouter les nouilles et les faire frire bri\u00e8vement.<br>Pr\u00e9parer la marinade: m\u00e9langer 1 c\u00e0c de sucre, 1 jus de citron vert, 4 c\u00e0s de sauce tamari ou sauce soja.<br>Verser cette sauce dans le wok, m\u00e9langer et servir dans les assiettes.<br>Parsemer les assiettes de quelques cacahu\u00e8tes ou noix de cajou hach\u00e9es, du piment pour ceux qui aiment, de la ciboulette.<br>On peut presser du jus de citron vert sur l&rsquo;assiette avant de d\u00e9guster si on aime le gout acidul\u00e9<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients Pr\u00e9paration Porter une grande casserole d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis \u00e9teindre le feu.Y mettre les nouilles et les laisser tremper 3-4 minutes (elles doivent \u00eatre molles mais encore fermes et un peu croquantes).
