{"id":741,"date":"2023-11-11T23:09:36","date_gmt":"2023-11-11T22:09:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cuisine.william-bruder.fr\/?p=741"},"modified":"2023-11-11T23:11:40","modified_gmt":"2023-11-11T22:11:40","slug":"clafoutis-aux-prunes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cuisine.william-bruder.fr\/?p=741","title":{"rendered":"Clafoutis aux prunes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g de prunes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de sucre en poudre <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extrait naturel de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g de lait entier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un peu de beurre pour le moule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allumer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0, chaleur tournante. Beurrer un moule en verre ou en c\u00e9ramique (pour le clafoutis, c&rsquo;est mieux d&rsquo;avoir un moule \u00e9pais)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laver les prunes et les d\u00e9noyauter, sauf si ce sont des nobertes (vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de petites prunes ardennaises, d\u00e9licieuses mais qui ont la particularit\u00e9 de ne pas se d\u00e9noyauter facilement). Disposer les prunes dans le fond du moule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fouetter les \u0153ufs et le sucre en poudre. Ajouter la vanille et la pinc\u00e9e de sel puis la farine et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer enfin la cr\u00e8me liquide et le lait pour obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser cette p\u00e2te dans le moule, en recouvrant les prunes. Enfourner pour 30 \u00e0 35 mn.
