On en redemanderait presque \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g de chou kale <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 \u0153ufs <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 cl cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basilic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9pices selon votre go\u00fbt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesan rap\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C\/200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nettoyez bien le chou kale, retirez les grosses cotes puis blanchissez-le dans de l&rsquo;eau fr\u00e9missante pendant environ 5 mn. <br>\u00c9gouttez bien les feuilles, puis hachez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Ciselez finement l\u2019oignon. Faites chauffer de l&rsquo;huile dans une sauteuse et faites y revenir l&rsquo;oignon 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, battez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me. Salez et poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement. Ajoutez la noix de muscade, le basilic hach\u00e9, des \u00e9pices \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt et le parmesan.
