Battez les blancs en neige dans un r\u00e9cipient \u00e0 part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites fondre le chocolat dans au bain-marie (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence) ou au micro-ondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez au chocolat fondu, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et le sucre. Rajoutez ensuite les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule. M\u00e9langez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez dans des verrines.
