Y ajouter la ma\u00efzena et bien m\u00e9langer. R\u00e9server ce m\u00e9lange.<br>Verser le reste du lait dans une casserole en inox (dans l&rsquo;inox, le lait n&rsquo;attache pas). Ajouter l&rsquo;agar agar dans le lait froid et m\u00e9langer. Ajouter le sucre et le chocolat noir cass\u00e9 en morceaux.<br>Faire chauffer la casserole tout en m\u00e9langeant constamment.<br>D\u00e8s que le lait est chaud, ajouter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 base de ma\u00efzena et continuer \u00e0 m\u00e9langer avec un fouet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le lait commence \u00e0 bouillir, puis laisser cuire pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes.
