(facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casser les \u0153ufs sur la faisselle \u00e9goutt\u00e9e et bien m\u00e9langer.<br>Ajouter farine, sel, poivre, muscade, et bien m\u00e9langer pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse. <br>A ce stade, on peut ajouter des restes de l\u00e9gumes, ou du fromage, dans la p\u00e2te.<br>Faire chauffer de l&rsquo;huile ou un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;huile et de beurre dans une po\u00eale.
