D\u00e9posez- les ensuite dans un linge propre et frottez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que leur peau se s\u00e9pare (facultatif) puis concassez-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Placez ensuite les flocons d&rsquo;avoine et les graines sur la plaque et faites-les  dorer environ 10mn au four en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites tremper les dattes dans un bol d&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 20 \u00e0 30 mn puis \u00e9crasez-les \u00e0 la fourchette ou mixez-les pour en faire une p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites l\u00e9g\u00e8rement chauffer le miel et le beurre de cacahu\u00e8tes pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez intimement tous les ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9alablement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez le tout dans un moule carr\u00e9 ou rectangulaire couvert de papier cuisson. Tassez bien.
